Insight: People tend to think hustling day and night is the only way to get what you need in this life, particularly in the new year. Turns out, your body disagrees. WHOOP’s message for the new year: Success starts with rest.
Our Idea: Resolutions are canceled. Introducing WHOOP’s Restolutions: where influencers across fitness and business parallels pledge to rest in order to reach their goals this year, with additional promotion from morning business newsletters like Morning Brew.
